Getting Started with Your Parket Tenant Dashboard: Inviting Colleagues and Managing Access

Corporate Tenant Onboarding Guide

Welcome to Parket! We're excited to have you with us. Here’s a quick guide to get you started with the Tenant Dashboard and manage your team’s parking effortlessly.

1. Setting Up Hourly/Casual Parking

Invite Your Team Members:

  1. Go to the Manage Members tab.
  2. Click Add Member and enter the email addresses of your team members who need access.
  3. Choose their role:
    • Card User Role: Charges will be billed to your company, not the individual.

What Happens Next:
Each invitee will receive an email from Parket to register. Once they sign up, they can add their license plate to their profile for automated access.

Add Your Payment Method:

  1. Go to the Wallet tab in the navigation.
  2. Click Add Card to set up your billing information. You can add multiple cards and select one as the default.

Using Parking Credits:
If you prefer not to bill parking charges directly to a card, you can purchase parking credits. These credits can serve as your default payment method. When you have visitors, validated parking will automatically use these credits.

2. Setting Up Prepaid Parking

If you prefer to reserve a set number of parking bays upfront for the month, you can set up prepaid parking for your team.

  1. Invite your team members and set their role to Base Employee.
    • Base Employee Role: Access is allowed if any of your prepaid bays are available. If all bays are occupied, any additional users will be billed either to them directly or to the company’s card based on their role.

3. Visitor Parking

Parket makes it easy to cover parking for your guests. Here’s how to manage visitor access smoothly:

  • Send Visitor Invites:

    1. Go to Manage Visitor Access.
    2. Click Generate Visitor Link.
    3. Share the link with your guest, who can then enter their license plate information. Once they do, parking charges will automatically be billed to your company’s parking credits.

  • Direct License Plate Entry:
    If you prefer, you can directly enter your guest’s license plate number yourself. This will automatically grant them access and bill your company, with no action needed from your guest.

  • Repeat Visitor Setup:
    For frequent visitors, select the Repeat Visitor option. This allows them seamless access on multiple occasions, with parking charges billed to your company’s credits every time.
