Here's the lowdown on our cancellation policy:.

Your refunds appear as credit in your Parket account, making life a little easier for you.


For a full refund, just give us a heads-up at least 12 hours before your booking starts, or within 10 minutes of making the payment.


If plans change last-minute, we've got your back. Cancel within 12 hours of your booking, and we'll refund 80%. Cancel on the day? You'll still get 50% back.


Monthly Bookings: Once the month kicks off, you can't tweak the number of bays you've paid for.
